What is an NFT?
NFT is the acronym for Non-Fungible Token, literally meaning “non-reproducible token”. To be specific, this type of unit represents on the blockchain the deed of ownership and certificate of authenticity of the digital collectible you’re going to buy.
What is a generative PFP?
A generative PFP is a profile picture NFT that exists on the blockchain and has been randomly generated by combining a variety of artwork elements.
How can I purchase a Marvin Vettori generative PFP
First, sign up to VVITA-collections, then click on BUY NOW on this page and you will be redirected to the generative PFP product page where you can purchase the product. When completing the purchase process, please remember to enter your shipping address – this is required in case you receive any benefits that need to be sent to you.
Which payment methods are accepted?
On VVITA-collections, you have many options: you can pay with conventional (fiat) currency through a common Visa or Mastercard credit card, or with cryptocurrency, by connecting to your Metamask wallet.
When and how do I receive my generative PFP?
After purchasing it, your generative PFP will be visible with a pre-reveal image in your personal profile in the Collection section. From here, you will be able transfer the PFP to your personal Metamask wallet to keep it or exchange it on other marketplaces. The final NFT will be unveiled on September 11, 2023, at which point you will be able to see the profile picture and all the elements contained in it – including whether it contains one of the three tokens or not.
Does each generative PFP entitle you to a benefit?
No. However, if you’re fortunate enough to find one of the three tokens – acid yellow, virtual fucsia or neon blue – within your generative PFP, this means you’re one of the lucky few entitled to an exclusive benefit. Benefits include a ticket to a UFC event, meet and greet sessions with Marvin Vettori himself, and video messages from the athlete.
What does the benefit I receive depend on?
The benefit depends on the specific token contained within your generative PFP – acid yellow, virtual fucsia or neon blue. To check which token you’ve got (if any), and therefore the benefit reserved for you, go to your personal profile and check your generative PFP from September 11 onwards.
Can I choose the generative PFP and benefit I receive?
No, the specific PFP, along with any token and associated benefits, is randomly generated.
